Quality Inn & Suites Greensburg I-74

I received probably the best customer service I have ever had at a hotel at this humble stay in Greensburg. The hotel manager called me the morning before I checked in to let me know the dish tv was out and apologized for the inconvenience. He said he understood if I wanted to stay elsewhere, but I told him I was fine staying anyways. He then both discounted my room and upgraded me to a nicer room, and was so kind - said they may not be a fancy hotel but he wanted his guests to still feel welcomed and get the best experience they could - then wished me a safe drive. Upon checkin I was greeted by another person who was also so incredibly kind and generous - check-in was fast and smooth and they gave me local recommendations and were sweet and gentle with my dog, too, and there was no pet fee. They also welcome larger dogs, which can be very challenging to find. They told me the tv was working again but said they would still honor the discount they mentioned on the phone. Every time I walked by they were so polite and warm and we occasionally chatted for a few minutes about our dogs, travel, etc. The room was clean, water was hot, and both my dog and I slept great. If you want a simple place with great hospitality and the nicest people who will really make sure you're having a pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend you stay here!

Updated. 1/21/26. SEE BOTTOM The room was certainly nice enough. Especially as, I was beat from a long day. Breakfast the next morning was pretty.... Well, I'm not sure breakfast is correct. At least, not for me. Stale bagels and bread, there was some yogurt and one old wrinkly apple. As a truck driver, its not like we can just pop in anywhere from a bite. This location having a "breakfast" was a selling point. Buy. By the time morning rolls around, you have already rang yesterday's receipts. Right? You've already got your money. 1/21/26 In your email, you asked to give you another chance. I did. In on of your rooms right now. Let share some pictures.... I knew i would be updating those review. I had hoped to offer something more favorable than the original. No such luck. This stay was way worse and, I just got here. Empty apologies.

OK place. It's not the Hilton, but a nice bed. It's a good value! There was a diesel truck parked outside our room that was idling all night. Pretty annoying... The lights outside were bright... also annoying.

Clean, good size rooms with sitting area. Nothing fancy but has everything needed for a restful night. Continental breakfast with make your own waffles and oatmeal packets. Great value. Would stay again if traveling thru.

The beds were comfortable. Room spacious and had plenty of seating and table/desk options. Extremely pet friendly. Hotel is aged but well maintained.

The hotel had ample parking for cars and trucks/semi's with long trailers. It is conveniently located at a stop light, just off the interstate, which made entering and exiting with our camper uneventful. Food options with delivery were readily available. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. The rooms were clean, large served an overnight stay well. It's not the Ritz; there is aging aspects of the infrastructure and non-impacting maintenance items such as a slow drain, some missing caulk, etc.. Nothing experienced affected our sleep or our stay in any way. There was waffles, bagels, cereal and yogurt offered for breakfast in a nicely positioned dining area. It is well worth the stay for budget conscientious travelers.

Awesome staff! Very helpful,friendly and kind...the rooms are very comfy, clean and quiet! The breakfast had hot biscuits and gravy that were better than Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel The parking for trucks was easy to access, with nice and bright lighting and very safe. I would recommend staying here for certain! I am traveling this coming week and looking forward to staying there again

The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are the best I’ve ever slept with! Management is wonderful.
